Subscription Terms

Renewal, billing, cancellation, and refund terms for Sofidus subscriptions.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (EN)

Effective date: 2026‑03‑17

These Subscription Terms form part of the Sofidus Terms & Conditions. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions prevail.


1. Subscription Periods & Renewal

Your subscription begins on the date of purchase for the selected period (monthly, annual, or multi‑year).

All Sofidus subscriptions – including free €0 plans – renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel auto‑renewal before the renewal date.

  • Introductory/promotional prices apply only to the Initial Subscription Period.
  • After the Initial Period, the subscription renews at the current renewal price.
  • You may cancel auto‑renewal at any time before the next billing date.

2. Billing & Payments

By subscribing, you authorize Sofidus or the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace (where applicable) to charge your selected payment method for each Renewal Period.

Billing cycles

  • Monthly plans → billed monthly
  • Annual/multi‑year plans → billed 14 days before renewal
  • Free (€0) plans → renew at no charge unless canceled

Direct purchases

Fees may be paid by:

  • invoice and bank transfer, or
  • any future payment method enabled by Sofidus.

Marketplace purchases

When purchased via the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace:

  • all billing, renewals, invoicing, and taxes are handled exclusively by Microsoft
  • no payments are made directly to Sofidus

Payment details

Sofidus does not store or process credit card information. If card‑based or digital payments (credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.) become available, they will be processed securely by certified third‑party providers.


3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel auto‑renewal at any time via:

  • your Sofidus Account (direct purchases), or
  • the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace (Marketplace purchases)

Canceling auto‑renewal:

  • stops future charges
  • does not refund amounts already paid for the current subscription period (unless required by law)

Refunds

Refunds follow the Sofidus refund policy and may be available within the first 30 days of the Initial Subscription Period.
